Shipping policy

At Amara, we’re passionate about getting your order delivered to your door as quickly and securely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Peak Periods: During launches or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and another when it ships, complete with tracking information.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods based on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select regions)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over a specified minimum (see current promotions on our homepage)
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your region and are the responsibility of the customer. Any international shipping delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your parcel’s progress. If you experience any issues, please reach out to support@amara.com.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, some delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window:
- Check your tracking link
- Verify your shipping address
- Contact us at support@amara.com for help
Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll assist in investigating with the carrier, and in some cases, offer replacements or store credit.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we’re usually unable to make changes or cancel it due to our fast processing times. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible.
7. Packaging
We use recyclable materials wherever possible and take care to pack your products securely to prevent damage during transit.
